Yoshio Harada, a great actor who passed away in 2011, was also a blues singer. Born on February 29, 1940, a leap year, Yoshio Harada held a birthday concert once every four years as a tradition. Even now that he has passed away, many of his friends continue to hold the concert. This year marks his 21st birthday. The concert is managed by his son, guitarist Kenta Harada.
