Wayne Burns is a Canadian-American actor and producer. A graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada, Wayne has starred opposite Golden Globe © Winner Richard Gere in Longing (2024), Emmy Nominee © Ben Foster in Sharp Corner (2024) and the late Cory Monteith in All the Wrong Reasons (2013). He can also be seen in audience favourites: Mr. D (2012), Murdoch Mysteries (2008), Baroness Von Sketch Show (2016), and What We Do in the Shadows (2019). Wayne has starred in and produced several short films, most notably the award-winning CBC-funded short film LIAR (2020) alongside Allister MacDonald, fastLOVE (2025) and EEL (2025), which had their world premieres at Roze Filmdagen and the Atlantic International Film Festival, respectively.
