Arts Council, Canada Council for the Arts, BravoFACT, the Harold Greenberg Fund, and the Director's Guild of Canada's Established Greenlight Award for Obscura/옵스큐라, which won the Leo Awards for Best Short Film and Best Short Screenplay at the 2024 Leo Awards. A former Photo & Video journalist of more than 17 years, his experience working in extraordinary, unpredictable and dynamic situations has helped craft a calm, even-keeled and sensitive approach to directing, communication, leadership and working with cast and crew in high-paced deadline-oriented environments. Lim is a graduate of the National Screen Institute’s Features First Program, has a Master's Degree in communications, is a Master's Candidate in Screenwriting and has been a programmer or juror for numerous film festivals and Photography Manager for five Olympic Games.
