He first started working as an assistant decorator at İpek Film Studio in 1950, when he was only 15 years old. In 1953, he worked as a camera assistant at Acar Film Studio. In the 1960s, he worked with director Osman Seden and made many films together. The first film he directed was " Adanalı Tayfur " in 1963, the script of which was written by Osman Seden and starring Ajda Pekkan , Öztürk Serengil , and Efkan Efekan . After 1973, Zafer Davutoğlu preferred to direct productions aimed at TV. He is the producer, director and screenwriter of the 1970 film The Last Angry Man , starring Yılmaz Güney , Fecri Ebcioğlu , Münir Özkul and Nubar Terziyan . His brother Kenan Davutoğlu is the cinematographer of the film.Show more
