Valerie took her first print modeling job at the age of 16 in Oklahoma City, where she attended high school and took her first acting classes. Although occasionally still working in made for TV shows and independent films, she spends most of her time working as a writer for a number of digital publications as well as a podcast host. Her topics generally focus on intimacy and dating but also cover conscious living, mental health, personal wellness, culture and society.
