Silvia Costache, professionally known as Seeya, is a singer from Chisinau, Moldova. On 17 August 2018 the Azerbaijani Broadcaster AzTV announce that the country will represented by Seeya in the eighth edition of Europa Song Contest along with an Azerbaijani singer Samira Efendi with the song "Tocame" in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.Silvia Costache, professionally known as Seeya, is a singer from Chisinau, Moldova.
