Dru began gaining attention when he made his acting debut in the Indonesian family film Keluarga Super Irit (2025), where he portrayed Billy, a member of the Sukaharta family. The film marked his first major appearance in cinema and featured him acting alongside his own parents as well as other well-known Indonesian performers. Before that, he also appeared in the short drama project Jakarta from the Eyes of a Sinner (2024), playing a character with his own name. His involvement in these projects marked the beginning of his career in the Indonesian film industry and introduced him as a promising young talent.
