The starting point of her career was a dress for the heroine Sofiya Rotaru in the musical "Red Ruta". Known for creating many stage costumes for Sofia Rotaru and the instrumental band "Smerichka". Alla Dutkovska contributed to the change of stereotypes regarding the Ukrainian variety show in the artistic design of stage clothes.
