In 2000, they obtained a Diploma in Speech and Drama (LAMDA) from the Cape Academy of Dramatic Art. They completed a Master of Arts degree in Ancient History at the University of Cape Town in 2001. That same year, they began working as an acting coach and teacher at the Cape Academy of Dramatic Art. They moved to China in 2006 to work as a teacher for EF English First. In 2009, they earned a Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from Trinity College. In 2018, they started their own freelance company, Carew Freelance.Show more
