Michael Kavanaugh "Mike" White was a professional NFL football coach. White played football, rugby, and basketball at Cal Berkeley prior to beginning his professional coaching career as an assistant coach under Marv Levy at Cal (1959-1963) and under John Ralston at Stanford (1964-1971).Michael Kavanaugh "Mike" White was a professional NFL football coach. Finally, he was head coach of the Oakland Raiders in 1995-1996, previously serving as an assistant under Art Shell from 1990-1994.
