He debuted in professional wrestling in 1936 and achieved his greatest success in 1938 by winning the AWA World Heavyweight Championship. He became a multiple-time champion and continued wrestling until 1947, also serving in World War II. After retiring, he opened a business in Massachusetts. He passed away in 1987 and was inducted into the Irish Hall of Fame in 1982.Show more
