In 1990, he began his career in ABS-CBN as a news reporter and executive producer for television. He anchored some of the top news programs for radio and television. In 2001, Failon won a seat in the House of Representatives, representing the first district of Leyte. He decided to put off his television career to focus on his duties as a public servant for his province. He resumed his broadcasting career in ABS-CBN in 2004 after serving in the 12th Philippine Congress.Show more
