Her first role was Trash (1970), her role, like the majority of the actors, was completely ad-libbed. She was also an extremely successful model appearing in Vogue, Harper's Bazaar and being a muse of Antonio Lopez. She followed up with a small role in Women in Revolt (1971), before starting alongside fellow model Donna Jordan in L'amour (1973, shot in 1970) Forth retired from the industry after giving birth to her son in 1971 and took up make up artistry.Show more
