He made his feature film debut in Giant Little Ones (2018) and has since appeared in Shazam! (2019) and Shazam! Fury of the Gods (2023), Luckiest Girl Alive (2022), and Clown in a Cornfield (2025). In addition to acting, MacCormac wrote the screenplay and produced the short film Thinly Veiled, showcasing his talents behind the camera.
