Yerkebulan Muratovich Daiyrov was born on August 12, 1986, in Karasaz village, Raimbek District, Almaty Region, Kazakhstan. Over the years, he has received several prestigious awards, including the "Serper" Youth Union Prize in 2013, the Baurzhan Momyshuly "Namys" Order in 2015, and the title of Honored Artist of Kazakhstan in 2018. In 2021, he gained international recognition by winning the "Best Asian Actor" award at the Cannes Film Festival for his role in the movie Sunflower, directed by Eli Gilman. On July 25, 2014, he married actress Leila Muratovna Tleuova. The couple has two daughters, Kausar (born March 23, 2015) and Salima (born May 5, 2019), as well as a son, Bauyrzhan (born November 16, 2022).
