The influence of being raised in this environment from a young age made for a very active imagination, and hence led Karen into a career in the Creative Arts. Whether it was performing on the streets of Toronto dancing on stages for large audiences, or playing a Kasmiri Bollywood Actress in the Himalayan Mountains of India; entertaining in every form was always something that came naturally. Karen’s acting training includes classes with The Second City in Toronto, ON and Company of Rogues in Calgary, AB. She has also studied dance including Hip Hop, Tap, Salsa and Bacchata. Her personal interests have led her to train in Shiatsu Therapy, Minor in Acupuncture, Eastern Medical Theory, Western Medical Theory, Meditation, and Muay Thai. She is also a Certified Yoga Instructor, and is adept in the Basic Foundations of Shamanism.Show more
