Sonia attended Calgary's Mount Royal University Theatre Performance program in 2003/04 and then found herself in Jasper, Alberta soon after. During her time in Jasper, she co-founded The Jasper Theatre Company, producing and directing several shows with the company including "Beyond Therapy" and "Price Check for Murder".Sonia attended Calgary's Mount Royal University Theatre Performance program in 2003/04 and then found herself in Jasper, Alberta soon after. During her time in Jasper, she co-founded The Jasper Theatre Company, producing and directing several shows with the company including "Beyond Therapy" and "Price Check for Murder". She returned to Calgary in 2013 with a deep desire to return to the stage and further explore the world of film, studying film/TV at The Company of Rogues. Recent film/theatre projects include "The Dead Mile Stories: X & Deck" (4-13 Studios) and "Almost, Maine" (Artists' Collective Theatre).
