Betsy Brantley (born Elizabeth Jeanne Brantley; September 20, 1955) is an American actress from Rutherfordton, North Carolina, known for her prolific work across European cinema and American television. On the small screen, she is widely recognized for her series regular roles as Dr. Jennifer Seymour in "Tour of Duty" and Jesse Beckett, a veterinarian and mother of eight, in "Second Noah". Her diverse filmography also includes the action film "Dark Angel" (released as "I Come in Peace" in the U.S.), a cameo in "Double Jeopardy", and a performance as Elsie Cubitt in the Granada Television production of "The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes".
