Frank trained at East 15, one of the best drama schools in England and, since 1983, he has appeared in many television dramas and feature films. Frank also completed the feature film "Blood Highway", where he plays the lead, Martin. This is D B Morgan's debut feature film, which was theatrically released in 2020.
