Sutton graduated to more substantial roles in the mid-80's: she was very funny as the stuck-up "Edith Hutton" in the uproariously raunchy Night Patrol (1984), memorably feisty as lusty police detective "Beverly McAfee" in Malibu Express (1985), and quite engaging as sweet health spa instructor "Delores Lane" in the charming A Polish Vampire in Burbank (1985).
