Dean had also worked with Lucas Entertainment, Cocky Boys, and Next Door Studios. In 2015 while in New Orleans, Dean was shot in the chest after getting into an argument with a friend. Dean retired from the adult industry in 2011. While Dean survived the altercation, the incident left him paralyzed from the waist down.
